DAMAGES

Always check your package carefully after you have received it. If your package is damaged, take a picture of it before opening it. Also take a picture of the damaged artwork. Send all the pictures and information within 14 days of receiving the package to hello@jussirinneart.com. Jussi will then be in contact to solve the issue.

RETURS

All artwork have 14 day exchange or return right. This applies only to artwork that are unused and re-sellable.

FORCE MAJEURE

Jussi Rinne is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events outside of its control. These events, which were unforeseeable and unavoidable, might include illness, strikes, changes in the export or import legislation and/or problems in transportation.
